Dr. Sam Barfell Guest SpeakerLegacy Banquet Update
The Legacy Banquet was a wonderful time of connecting with friends and family, seeing the amazing students of Liberty and of sharing in the vision for our wonderful ministry. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who attended and to those who generously gave of their resources. Total funds received on the night of the event were $68,125. Amazing! God truly has his hand on Liberty Christian School, especially during these difficult economic times. Thank you again for your sacrifices and your servant's hearts. Together, we are making a difference in the Kingdom of God.

Operation Christmas Child

The week of November 17 - 23 Liberty Christian School participated in Operation Christmas Child by being a centralized collection site for the city and county. Over 2200 shoeboxes were brought from church and community groups to a semi trailer parked in our elementary parking lot where volunteers worked daily to load them into shipping containers. Between National Honor Society students and Elementary parents the Operation Christmas Child truck was faithfully managed for people to come and donate their shoeboxes. The students of Liberty joined in the spirit of giving by donating over 200 shoeboxes with the hope that the gospel will reach many families in foreign lands that would otherwise not have the opportunity to hear about the true meaning of Christmas.

LCS Art Club On the Road

All that was needed was six sleeping bags and pillows, two crates of paint and an endless supply of food. We started our journey in the cold rain as we would spend the next 2 ½ hours in a suburban to Camp Challenge in Bedford, IN.
