Secondary Principal 2017-18

Liberty Christian School is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Secondary Principal.  This is a full time, annual contractual and salaried position with benefits.  Applicants must be spiritually mature and committed to the school’s mission and vision.  They must intentionally integrate their Christian faith into their role as servant leader of the secondary school on a day-to day basis under the direction of the Superintendent. 

 Qualifications:

A master’s degree in the field of education from an accredited post-secondary institution is required.  A master’s degree in Educational Leadership is preferred.

 The candidate must have 3 years teaching experience; 5 years is preferred.

 The candidate must hold, at minimum, ACSI Principal Standard Certification or be willing to participate in a program to complete the requirements for certification within a specified time period.

Enrollment Director
Position Type: Full time, year around, non-exempt position with full benefit options

Job Summary: Enrollment director is responsible for working closely with the controller in developing and implementing all admissions and retention goals and strategies.
 
Includes, but not limited to:
 
*  Tuition Assistance (School Choice/Voucher) complete understanding and follow through for this program.  This includes understanding all pathways, distributing information to staff/families, assisting and completing enrollment into system, and complete data tracking and follow up associated with school choice. 
 
*  Tuition Assistance (SGO scholarship and LCS financial assistance) Complete understanding of system and administration of system 
 
*  International Students-complete understanding of process to allow international students to attend LCS and all associated data entry and follow up with vendors associated with this process.
 
*  Coordinate admissions activities through a comprehensive retention/recruitment process (includes marketing material distribution, open house oversight, information booths at promotion events, school tours, etc.)
 
*  Enrollment/Re-enrollment-work closely with staff and families to provide all needed enrollment and re-enrollment information. This includes meeting with potential families and existing families to provide support throughout the enrollment process, associated data entry into all LCS areas, and complete follow up of potential and existing students throughout the enrollment process. 
 
*  Provide enrollment updates to board of directors as needed.  Be part of planning to enhance avenues for students to attend LCS.
 
Requirements:
*  Bachelors degree or higher preferred
*  Moderate to high level of computer literacy and be willing/able to learn new technology as needed
*  High level organizational skills
*  High level time management and follow up skills
*  Able to present to various audiences for presentations and tours in a professional confident manner
*  Able to communicate admissions processes and associated finances clearly and professionally
*  High level ability to self motivate and work independently 
*  Must be able to protect confidentiality in all areas of work
 

Part-time Maintenance

Liberty Christian School is seeking qualified candidates for a part time maintenance position, under the direction of the Facilities Director. Applicants must be spiritually mature and committed to the school’s mission and vision. They must intentionally integrate their Christian faith into their role as servant leader of the maintenance department on a day-to day basis.

Qualifications:
Be an experienced maintenance professional that will pursue excellence while serving our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting to maintain efficient operation and upkeep of buildings and grounds. Technician experience is needed to diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall, and exterior structure.
