Elaine Heath

Administrative Assistant to Head of School

We asked Mrs. Heath…

What is your favorite part about being an Administrative Assistant?

My favorite part about being the Administrative Assistant to Dr. McCurry is how much I love the Christ-centered environment and working with other Christians to make a difference in the lives of the students, academically and spiritually. Coming to work is a joy and I love serving with these amazing people who love the Lord and have a heart for young people.

What is your favorite thing about Liberty Christian School?

I think back on the 41 years my family and I have been involved and I treasure the memories and friendships of each and every employee, student, and parent that have crossed our paths. I have so many wonderful memories and special friendships. I am just certain that there will be a special section in Heaven for the Liberty family. What a reunion that will be!

More About Mrs. Heath

The Heath family have been involved with LCS since the 2nd year of its existence. Tom & Elaine enrolled their son (Jeff) in Kindergarten for the 1977-78 school year and two years later their daughter (Kim, class of ’92). Elaine volunteered in the office when possible for a few years. Then in 1981, she was hired by Mr. Bob Preston as the Receptionist at the newly acquired Fall Creek building. This is her 37th school year as an employee. She says, “LCS is so dear to my heart. It has been a joy and a privilege to serve here.” She and her husband Tom have seven wonderful grandchildren — all but one have attended Liberty at one time or another.
